For some reason, Sugaya Koutarou, the student council secretary, is assigned to keep an eye on Minase Rin, a problematic student suspected of smoking on campus. He plans to follow Minase secretly, but is quickly discovered. Panicking, Sugaya blurts out, “From now on, please allow me to watch over you from the shadows!” in total honesty.
