Mikeneko Ryokan, where the young dragon Kokufuu works, is famous for the beauty and deliciousness of its cuisine and is frequented by many yokai. Ryoya, a gourmand fox yokai who has been staying at the ryokan for a long time, is always bringing trouble to the ryokan and messing around with Kokufuu. Ryoya finds a Japanese painting he has been looking for for years at an antique market, but the painting was bought by a demon lord.
