The character design and composition are handled by Tokoro Juzo, the maestro of the delinquent manga world known for "Shikigami Densetsu: Taku's Sukkou" and "Dolphin," and the story is vividly brought to life by the talented Shimahoshi Mitsuichi, whose writing style was recognized by Matsumoto Leiji and who gave him a pen name!
