Teppeki Tamotsu, Atari Daisuke, and Chuuren Potomi are college students who attended the same university and often played mahjong at the "Dora Douraku" parlor. One day, a man named Bakuoka Danjuurou (Nicknamed Bakudan) suddenly appeared in front of them. Teppeki and Daisuke tried to challenge Bakuoka, but they lost.
