In the title story, Moegi is a high school girl who lost her mother three years ago. Now her father has decided to take a new wife. She is a very nice woman, but Moegi rebels and uses money from her part-time job to travel to India during summer vacation, coinciding with the date of her fathers' wedding. On the plane, she meets a blond American. By coincidence, Moegi and the man both visit the Taj Mahal, which is only open on nights with a full moon. He is actually a drummer in a band, in the middle of an Asian tour. Moegi likes him, but they had to go their separate ways. As she was leaving, she heard him say, "Well, see you next month in Japan." After returning to Japan, Moegi changes her mind about her step-mother and begins to treat her more kindly. Then school starts, and she sees a poster promoting a rock band that's coming to Japan this month. And to her surprise, on the poster was the man and the band that she met in India!
