Ayumi Nachi (Blood Type A) is a rising star and the leading dancer of the Otowa Ballet Company. One day, due to a minor mistake, she is caught shoplifting at a department store. Thanks to a word in her defense from her rival, Yuki Towada, who happened to be there, she is let off because it was her first offense. However, for the proud Ayumi, this incident was unbearable. Yuki blackmails Ayumi over the incident and secures the role of prima ballerina in the upcoming production of Hi no Tori. Of course, it doesn’t end there: she forces Ayumi to give up on her mother’s boyfriend, Takara—with whom Ayumi had been close—and makes him her own lover.
