Chiya Minakami has passed away at the age of 92. She dedicated her whole life to her profession as a doctor and even won the Nobel Peace Price for her work overseas. However as she's about to ascend to the gates of heaven King Enma is informed that Chiya... Has never given "love" and remained a virgin her whole life! With this revelation Chiya is sent down to Chichonmanchi, a paradise-like hell full of strange animals and plants with phallus like appendages. Everyone sent down to Chichonmanchi have their body reverted to its young adult state and clothing is strictly prohibited. Now stuck in this strange place Chiya must find a lifetime worth of love, and pleasure, in order to ascend to the heavens. Her flesh may be young, but she still has the mind of a woman born in the Meiji era, as well as incredible stubbornness. Can Chiya pass the entrance test to heaven? A sex comedy like nothing you have seen before. The series was in 2004 rereleased in 4 volumes with the title Tengoku e no Kaidan. This edition also features revised art.
